Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions of sale and delivery:
The following terms apply to all deliveries from Revolution - unless the customer and Revolution has signed a separate agreement.
Quality and product descriptions:
If the product requires a separate user guide beyond the normal washing instructions, we will ensure that it is accompanied with the product. All information or advice from Revolution are only indicative.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Revolution has no control over these charges, nor can Revolution predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debet, Maestro. For danish customers we also accept Dankort and Mobilepay. We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped from our stock.
VAT is included in all prices on Revolution.co.com for all orders.
When you pay by credit card, enter your card number, expiration date and 3-digit control number located on the signature strip on the back of all credit cards. The encrypted data is sent directly to Quickpay via a secure SSL server (Secure Sockets Layer). Only Quickpay can decode and read your encrypted credit card information.
Delivery and Transportation:
An order / delivery from Revolution is considered successful once received. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number and should have a planned delivery date for your package.
Passing of Risk
Goods obtained from Revolution will be at your own risk from the time of delivery.
Policy for returning of products.
Every product can be returned if the following conditions are met:
- You must return your purchase within 14 days after delivery.
- The product must be unused, complete with all tags attached and original packaging.
- Note that we do not accept goods if they are damaged, worn or washed.
Please do not return the goods unless you qualify under all of the above terms and conditions.
Please note it may take up to 10 working days before a case is finally closed.
How to return a product:
1. Fill out the form with your name, Invoice No., style details and a reason code
2. Pack all returning items in original packaging
3. Enclose completed form inside the package
4. Use the enclosed shipping label and drop off the package at a drop off location.
Please notice that with the use of enclosed shipping label we take the liberty of deducting following amount:
Denmark: DKK 30,-
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain: EUR 10,-
Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia: 15 EUR,-
Sweden: SEK 90,-
UK: GBP 10,-
Norway and Switzerland: EUR 20,-
Canada, USA, Canary Islands, Russia, Israel and Greece: EUR 40,-
Returns must be handed in to a dropoff point when using the enclosed return shipping label. The courier is stated on the enclosed label. You are welcome to return the package by other means by your own risk and costs.
Revolution must be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. You are required to return the product in the same condition as it was delivered and received. If it is estimated that the goods are mistreated, we are obligated to refuse the return request.
If you wish to return an item, be sure that the product is wrapped/packed properly.
If you want to exchange to a different color or size:
Follow above directions for how to return a product and then place a new order for the style you wish. In this way you can see what is available and you will be able to receive the new product as fast as possible.
Damage on the product on receipt:
If you find errors in products supplied by Revolution, we encourage you to contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to describe or show the error as under international law for the Danish Sale of Goods.
The right to claim compensation for damages / errors / defects will lapse after a period of 2 years from the date you receive the product. The right to seek compensation for the defective product is only present if you have handled the product of a warrantable manner and avoided any damage or misuse. Send your complaint within a reasonable time after you have noticed the defect. This usually means a maximum of 2 months. In case of errors Revolution will pay the return postage.
Without prior agreement process time for returned goods will be substantially prolonged.
Cancellation of purchases:
You may cancel orders within 14 days from ordering, without further reason. To be valid, cancellations must be postmarked before the end of a 14-day period. Any product already shipped within the 14-day period, must be returned at arrival, shipment is paid by the buyer. To get a receipt, we recommend that you send your return as a parcel post.
Prices are subject to changes in inventory status and may affect your reservation. Also must be noted that the colors are difficult to represent on a computer screen - so there may occur variations of the physical product over screenshot
You must be 18 years old and agree to the terms and conditions as described here to buy products from Revolution. Revolution can not be held responsible for any delays by GLS or UPS. Revolution can not be held responsible for any delays or virus caused by the use of e-mails or downloads. Revolution is sent to the Danish and EU laws and regulations regarding product liability. You irrevocably agree that the court in Denmark have the exclusive privilege of jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
A valid name, email address and shipping address are required to make a resercation and receive an order confirmation. In connection with the submission of your data it will always be stated whether the submission is voluntary or necessary for completing the desired action, such as the completion of a transaction in our web shop.
Revolution keeps statistics about which areas of the site our users visit and which products the users prefer. This data does not contain personal data. Knowledge about the users' use of the website is gained with help from the collected data. This information is used to improve the website. We do use data about how our users navigate, to better understand how our users use Revolution.co.com, and from that we try to improve the website. We are not able to see where you come from or where you are going on the internet after you leave our site. Furthermore, we collect information about what products our users, as a unit, prefers. This information is also used to improve the website. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about how our user navigate and use our website. We do not sell or disclose information about your purchase history to third party.
We will delete your personal data when we no longer need to process them. However, the data may be processed and stored for a longer period in anonymized form.
Your personal data is disclosed to partners of Revolution who deliver services on behalf of Revolution, for example in relation to send-outs of newsletters. These partners only process the personal data on behalf of Revolution and in accordance with the instructions of Revolution.
You are at any time entitled to be informed of the personal data about you that we process, but with certain legislative exceptions. You also have the right to object to the collection and further processing of your personal data including profiling/automated decision-making. Furthermore, you have the right to have your personal data rectified, erased or blocked. Moreover, you have the right to receive information about you that you have provided to us, and the right to have this information transmitted to another data controller.

Just remember to check your payment inquiries. You can refuse a payment without having to pay franchise taxes, if unauthorized persons have got hold of your card and used your credit card on the Internet.
